- Eligible applicants must graduate from Delta High School in Clarksburg. Applicants, graduating seniors or college freshman with a 2.5 or higher GPA pursuing a career field in agriculture, environmental sciences, wildlife- related science or management, education or related field related to one of the fore-mentioned areas at a Community College, 4-year university, or technical college.
